How to find part finder sofware?

please any one can guide me ho to find a software which car dealers use to find the part which we ask for like on the screen they get all information about the part how it is fixed part number etc...

i am finding for Holden Commodore

You can try getting it at a dealer ship, But iI think that is pretty much privileged info. also try direct from mfgr, Good luck. Jake.
