How to find saved pictures on digital camera?

I have a samsung s860 digital camera. I had pictures on my camera, that seem to be deleted, however they were not done individually. It seems that they just disappeared, there were a group of them that disappeared. I have a 4mg memory scan card installed in the camera, and its showing that there are 704 pictures in memory but I am only able to view about 20 of them,how do i retrieve these other pictures

I agree with Link, and want to add this:

Don't "store" photos on your memory card. Those cards can (and occasionally DO) fail, and then your photos are gone.

You really need to download those photos to your computer every time you come home with new photos. The best way for downloading, by the way, is to use a little USB card reader.

I think your camera may be saying that it still has the capacity to store 704 pictures, not that it has that many on the card.
