No, there is no formula for determining solubility.  A general rule is that solubility increases as the temperature rises.  But there are exceptions to the rule, some compounds have their maximum solubility at lower temperatures and start to precipitate out of solution as the temperature gos up (calcium carbonate,  for example).

    To get the solubility you have to determine it by tests and state the temperature.  You have to repeat the tests at different temperatures.  Most elements and compounds can have a graph fitted to the results but not all.

    HAve patience if you have to do it.
