How can you find somebody's adress or telephonenumber, when you know the full name and the date of birth?

Telmex is the only phone company in Mexico. They put out a Spanish/English phone book. Try the TelmexUSA customer service at  1-866-209-0537. They should be able to help you with the number. Maybe with the address, too.
