How to find someone's email address-without a fee

i have every possible information required but i wanted to get his email address... so that i could convey the messages easily.. in stead of calling again and again i would be greatful if it is done so very easily...........

ummm, if you're calling again and again, why not just ask him the next time you call him?  

other than that, there's no way to know  There is no big massive database that exists that contains every persons name and email address in the entire world (or even in for a particular country for that matter).
