How to find someone who owes me money?

I have not been receiving rent from a tenant and its the end of the term and I don't know anything about her but her name and phone number, and one bank account number. I need to find out her address to serve her for court proceedings.

How do I find her address? Is there any way members of the public are allowed to search through drivers license records for names or something? I live in Ontario, Canada.
