How to find what bank a person uses.

Hi,

I recently won a small claim's court case, and tried to file an information subpoena, but you needed the person's bank name to send the subpoena to. How do I find out what bank the person uses? Thanks a lot!

Call the courthouse (or go up there in person, as government employees seem to be about as helpful over the telephone as wax fruit) and explain the situation.  I promise you that they have seen it before and have a method of either finding out the information you need, or getting around it for filing purposes.  Best of luck.
