  1. i don't understand the question...  the router is yours or not? if its yours, connect your laptop with the ethernet cable at the router and change the pass from there.. you should also try random passes. like administrator (from default sometimes) or hack it with a software. if the router isn't yours, hack it or try the passes:  password or the ssid. for any question allow im or email ( to do that go to  http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit;_ylt...  to send me a message. i can tell you how to jailbreak it or anything

  2. If it's your router you should remember the password you entered when you set up wireless security.  If it's not your router a) you can't get the password and b) it's illegal for you to be connecting (or even trying to) to the internet using it.

  3. When your laptop is connected to the wifi, type the routers ip address. To find your routers ip address, go to command prompt, type ipconfig, and it will be displayed as default gateway.

So type it in on the address bar, and press enter. A page should open up, you need to find the wireless section. There, you can find it, or you might have to go to a wireless security section.

If the router asks you for a password or username, try username admin, password blank, username admin, password admin, or username admin, password: passowrd.
