How to fit magura hs33 brakes on bike

i bought a bike with magura hs33 rear brakes but the leaver on the back brake to tighten them wont tighten them im not onabout the lever on the handle bars but the lever on the back brake system i have put the hole in to the bolt and then pulled the lever and it doesnt tighten it like it should any suggestions thanks

u need the right toolsso the best ideals might be going to a bike shop and have it done it for u.
