How to fix Internet Explorer 7?

Question

Every time I open up a page, it doesn't go to the homepage it goes to "Customize Your Settings". It says choose your settings and I've done that already and nothing happens. My homepage is set to Yahoo.

On the Internet Explorer menu go to Tool, Internet Options, and on the General Tab find Browsing History. Click Delete and delete Temporary Files and Cookies and restart your browser.
