How to fix PS3 dns error (8002A220)???

Help me please, i was playing Call of duty 4 beautifully wen it suddenly froze, then i restarted the ps3 and dns error 8002A220 occurred. i checked all my wires and they were good, but i dont know wat the problem is... someone please help me???????

i miss ONLINE.

  1. yea i have just got it.. when this happended last they took it down a hour before they released a new update.. it should be bk on soon i hope.. hope that helped

  2. The error means that the DNS system (stuff totally outside of your control) couldn't return an internet address that your PS3 was asking for.
