How to fix a Comcast Remote?

My Comcast Remote is broken, I think. Whenever I press a button, the cable blinks once. Press it again, it blinks twice. But all along, it does not respond to the corresponding button. HELP!

Hi Joe C ,

One thing you can try is remove the batteries for a few minutes. Replace them and try it.

When mine acted up I took it to our local Comcast office. They handed me a new one right over the counter for no charge.

I recommend you take yours to your local Comcast provider.
