How to fix a HP photosmart 435 3.1 mp digital camera

well are digital camera is not working and i but new batteries in it but all that comes on is a red light and a little green so what is wrong with it

Make sure that batteries and camera electrical contacts are clean as described in the link below.  If you are not using NiMH rechargeable batteries, that would be a good choice.

You can also cause the camera to reset or restore by keeping the batteries out for at least one minute.



Remove any additional memory to eliminate this as a  source for your problem. Some memory can cause a problem.  San Disk is fast and it could use less power.
