How to fix a Temporary Network outage?

Question

Hi, I've recently been playing on Puzzle Pirates. But It will not connect to any server! It works fine on my laptop but I can never get on the laptop! cause my sister.

The problems says

Logon Failed: Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting.

So I wait and still doesn't work, but the funny thing is it was working perfectly this morning on the laptop. This ha started for a few days now.

So if anyones got any idea please send back
