  1. From the details you gave...you can't.  Sorry!!

  2. Woods are the most difficult to repair because they take much pounding and any epoxy, winding or material used to repair the club are usually weaker than the original head. With the price of clubs today and the varied selection it may be best to replace the driver.

  3. Just throw it away and buy something else!?!

  4. It depends on the brand and age of the driver. If it is a brand name golf club you can call the maker and tell them what the problem is, or you could go to the golf shop that you bought it, if you bought it new, and show it to them they should be able to call the golf company and find out the companies policy on replacing clubs. Most of them should replace them for you.

  5. get a new one

  6. If it is a wooden head forget it - give it a nice burial.  If it is metal it might be welded, but it will never be the same so it needs to be replaced.  If it broke through normal use the manufacturer should replace it.  If it got smashed in the trunk of the car or through airline travel etc perhaps homeowners insurance would over the cost.
