  1. to avowed the hangover getting worse have another beer that works

  2. eat soup, drink lots of water, take a hot bath or shower and sleep!

    only time can cure hangovers.....

  3. drink lots of water before going to bed / pass out.  That doesn't actually fix it but it makes it less noticable when u wake up

  4. Drink lots and lots of water, because you are dehydrated.

  5. Treat your body with some respect.

    Don't  drink alcohol.

  6. a warm glass of honey water before bed. It works.

  7. 1. If possible, try to remember to eat something fatty, such as a greasy hamburger or some french fries, before you pass out face first in that bush in your front yard. Avoid Chinese food.

    2. Drink lukewarm, not cold, water. About one liter should do the trick. Eating a banana or two also helps.

    3. Aspirin, aspirin, aspirin. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever to combat that nasty headache (Avoid acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Motrin) as they can cause liver and/or kidney problems).

    4. Get plenty of rest.

    5. Exercise, if possible. A nice long walk will help get your blood pumping. **CAUTION** Too much physical activity can actually worsen a hangover because it compounds the dehydration that already occurs when consuming alcohol.

    6. Drink more water.

    7. Make friends with your couch.

    8. Even if you feel sick in the morning you need to eat. The food will be tough to take down at first but it will cure that pain/nausea in your stomach. A nice breakfast of eggs, banana and orange (or other) juice will help big time. Add some tomatoes into the breakfast. Tomatoes replace virtually all of the vitamins that you lost last night. They are fresh and tasty and after one whole tomato, you'll be feeling a little better almost instantly.

    * One trick to try - remember to drink a glass of water every 2 or 3 drinks. That way you actually get some of that liter in before the end of the night!

    * Before passing out for the night take a normal dose of aspirin.

    * Drinking lots of liquid or replenishing drinks such as Gatorade before falling asleep helps avoid dehydration, which is a major contributor to a hangover.

    * Hangovers are due to the loss of vitamins/nutrients in the body. To resolve this, try to take some multi-vitamins before you go to bed and once again when you wake up. And drink water...lots of water.

    * If you find that you can not keep anything down. Wait about an hour after you vomit to give your stomach time to settle. Then nibble on saltine crackers and sip Vernors. Works every time!

    * Avoid taking too much pain reliever - it may possibly thin your blood more than's good for you!

    * Expect to get up in the middle of the night for a nice long pee after drinking all that water.

    * The "Hair of the Dog" approach or drinking more alcohol in the morning has been shown to be ineffective at curing the root problems and could well be a shortcut to long term alcoholism - it's best avoided.

    * Don't take Tylenol! The combination of alcohol and Tylenol causes liver damage. You can seriously fry your liver if you take Tylenol when you have alcohol in your system.

  8. extra strength Tylenol or advil

    anti-oxidant vitamins..

    tomato juice, lemons...lime..asprin

    and greasy foods...eggs..bacon..potatoes..

    coca-cola works too...

and an ice pack on your head would help..

  9. I have heard that eating raw eggs works well.  I think the albumen in the egg soaks up the alcohol in your stomach.  However, depending on how much you drank.....you may have to eat quite a few raw eggs.  Yum! heheheheh

  10. A hangover is simply dehydration. Drink as much water as you can possible force yourself to before bed, and then the next day you should be virtually hangover free. It sounds like it's too late for you because you're already hungover. Just drink as much water as you possibly can. Oh, and take paracetamol, is it much more effective than aspirin. Good luck x

  11. Rest.  Theres no cure for a hangover and thats that.

  12. don't drink so much next
