How to fix a piano (flood ruined)?

Question

we had a bad flood 2 mos back and my dads schreiber piano (old but worked well) got wet, the strings that were harpish are rusty now and some of the keys dont work..

anybody know or have any general ideas where/how it can be fixed? thanks!

Next thing seriously to consider - move away from this area and avoid to settle again on land that is known to be at flood risk.
