How to fix a shifted nabhi (navel) chakra by myself?

I know there are some methods such as tugging at the big toe or creating vacuum using a lighted brass lamp, but these require help from another person. How to fix the shifted chakra myself?

Chakras aren't real so all you have to do is think it's fixed and it will be.  It's all in your head.
