i accidentally deleted my microphone in the sound devices. how do i install my built in microphone its not working now.

recently i have brought my laptop and then it got broke so i got a new hard drive and my webcam is working perfectly but my built in mic isnt working at all plz can someone help me i think i need to reinstall it somehow but i dont know how
