How to fix iPhone restore error "1604"?!?

Question

I have uninstalled everything, and re-installed it again more then 5 times. reset the phone millions of times, but it's just stuck in "recovery" mode. Every time I plug it in it just goes to the apple screen then to the Connect to Itunes screen. I've tried this on different computers and updated my USB drivers, but it just gives me the same message.

Please help!

The new iphone is awesome.  Probably the coolest native app right now is the NES emulator that lets you play all the old NES games like Galaga. Not to mention the built in WIFI. I use one site for my iphone questions.
