How to fix my paint on vizio tv

Question

i need help on what to use to fix the paint on my vizio tv. I was cleaning the tv screen with film cleaner and i accidently sprayed some on the frame. Now the cleaner ate away at the paint, and it looks like a bunch of scratch marks. So if you can help me out with what product I could use to repair it back again, that you help me out a lot. Thanks!
