How to fix my truck timing and coolant problems,?

i recently build a crate motor a 350 chevy small block boarded over 60.after installing the new engine it begin to over heat and when i try to put the truck in drive it goes died.i really hope the problems are simple to repair but i really need help.everything is new on the motor it in a 85 chevy truuck short wide bed and the block is a 87-95 vortec.i really need help also the timing is off project is over budget and past deadline.thanks for your help

  3. bring the timing marks up on the balancer or lower pulley check the rotor to see if close use a timing light to adjust help will help the overheating also sometimes
