How to fix permissions on windows vista?

I'm currently using my new laptop running on windows vista home premium 64 bit... I just yesterday gave a file containing one of my games some some security so that only I could enter it. *just playing around with it* ... but now when i try to enter it from my account *The administrator* it says that I need permission to access this page... I have no idea what to do and I cant uninstall it or redo it, therefore I cant play the game. HELP??

You have to start task scheduler, and create a task that starts the explorer.exe (located in the C:\Windows folder) program with the highest privileges (by checking the box on the first tab after choosing to create a new task).

Make sure you use Task Manager to end the explorer.exe process before you finish making the task.
