How to fix scratches on top of my snowboard.?

I recently bought a snowboard off a friend, and i wanted to try to hide some of the scratches, is there anything i can do, other then just putting stickers over it. and i know most of you say that it doesn't matter what the board looks like but i want it to look good, so is there anything i can do. thanks

Use some quality s*x wax, apply let it dry andthen buff on it

are the scratches on the bottom of the board or the top?
