How to fix the error connecting to chat server message on lycos when trying to watch Greek?

Help! Can't watch Greek online b/c I keep getting the error message. It says error connecting to chat server. How can I fix that?

I was receiving the same error when I was trying to view the episode with Mozilla Firefox.  I switched to Internet Explorer and was able to view it without any problems.
