How to flatten or relax eyebrows?

My girl has spiky eyebrows which grow outwards, rather than grow flat and in the normal direction.

Anyone know of any techniques to make them flat? Doesn't have to be permanent. More or less something that can be done each morning to last through the day?

Put some hairspray on an eyebrow brush and tame those puppies!

Tell her to trim them up with scissors and pluck away any stray hairs. Then use clear mascara on them to set them in place.
