first, use your OS bootable disk, then from there, delete all your partitions ad make a new one... and then finish the installation...

you have just finished formating and re-partitioning your hard disk...

but!!! if your using a slave hard disk, just right click on your My Computer, select manage > go to Disk Management > then format your slave hard disk, and the just re-partition it the way you want...

Just right click on My Computer and select manage option,

a new window will open look for disk management option and your hard disk content will be displayed so that you can make any kind of changes,
