How to format memorystick when the psp showing there is no memorystick?

i have put many videos into my psp more than its memory and when i format with windows its says windows wa unable to format what to do?

Put it in your PSP and format it. You can format your memory stick with your PSP. It will delete everything and put the folders back on it. You will have to reload all the info you had on there.
