it depends on how much memory you hope to get rid of... here, from getting rid of the least amount of memory to the most amount of memory, it's as follows:

the easiest way is to do a system reset by going into your settings and scrolling to the very bottom (or just press the up arrow once after you're in settings). select factory default and the default reset code should be 12345.

that aside, you can try to re-download the software from Nokia.com if it has any new software available for you. this is lengthier and usually it doesn't prove all that resourceful so i generally recommend the first method.

take your phone into a phone repair joint and have them flash the rom. this will also unlock your phone and clear off all the software. you can even get some different custom-made software uploaded into your phone at this point (i got my phone to read in another Thai) as an example.
