  1. # Over hard', also called 'hard' — cooked on both sides until the yolk has solidified.

    # 'Over medium' — cooked on both sides until the yolk is fairly thick but still a liquid.

    # 'Over easy', also called 'runny' — cooked on both sides but yolk is still liquid. This is occasionally called 'sunny side down.' These are also commonly referred to as 'dippy eggs' or 'dip eggs' by Marylanders and by Pennsylvania Dutch persons living in south central and south eastern Pennsylvania. Also called 'treasure eggs' in the southwest of Pennsylvania.

    # Sunny side up — cooked only on one side; yolk is liquid (the oil or fat may be used to baste the sunny side, however). This is often known simply as 'eggs up'

    # Another style known simply as 'Fried' - eggs are fried on both sides with the yolks broken until set or hard. These are common in asian variations of western breakfast, as well as fried egg sandwiches.

  2. Make a paste out of corn powder.. then coat the egg with the paste and then fry it..

    yummmmyy... :-)

  3. small amount of oil in frying pan and break egg over the pan and let the egg slide into the oil.  When nearly cooked turn it over with a spatula and finish cooking and then put on a plate and eat it.

Don't forget to have the pan hot.

  4. Just add oil and follow the egg and salt enjoy!

  5. Turn your stove on medium heat.  Make sure you put butter or spray on your pan.  Let the pan get hot.  Crack your egg onto the pan.  It only takes a few minutes to cook, so watch carefully.  Depending on how you like your eggs (a little runny or well done) will be how long you let them cook.  If you want a sunny-side up egg, let it cook a little longer on one side than the other.
