How to fully control a friends computer?

yesterday my broadband was out of order we called bt they controled my computer from india i dont know how can anybody tell me.

Actually Remote controling someone elses computer is maybe against the law or invasion of privacy without their consent and why would you wanna control their computer anyways

and if you really wanna know use something called "yahoo search" or "google search" or call Btinternet themselves or even type at the top of the screen where it says "search for questions type this "how to fully control a friends computer" or "how to remote control a computer" and push search it really helps try it its alot faster then waiting for some geek to answer your question for 3 days

very easy, just install remote administrator on both the computers, and after connecting Internet.

click the double screen icon on right corner of the screen, and then click details, there you will find two ip addresses, select client ip give it to the one you want to take controll,and he will type it in the remote administrator option column.also he will click the option of complete controll, so that you may operate fully as you like, you will also need to give him your client ip address, so that both of you have choice  to see one another desktop.
