  1. Confidence is mostly a results of competence in something, when you try hard at something and achieve great results, you feel more confident about it. So you might feel unconfident about riding a bike the first time, but after serveral months or years you feel confident about riding a bike. This is the same for any area of your life. So if you feel unconfident, learn a new skill and become competent at it, then you will feel more confident about it.

    If its social, then want people who are good socially, what is it they do you don't, can you model them, can you do something similar. If you're not good at a sport, can you practice more, can you get someone to help train you. Just work hard at improving your skills and confidence will follow.

    Seriously you can get it by winning.Improve your weaknesses by facing your fears and build your strenghts by doing what you do best.

    Remember there is only one you in the entire world.  There are zillions and zillions of people on earth and only one you.  That alone is a reason to believe in yourself and I hope it helps you feel empowered.
