how to gain healthy weight?

i'm 5'3, and weigh about 106

my stomach and hips are kind of pudgy and fatty

but my arms and legs are pretty skinny

my b*****s arent really proportional either, they're small.. too small for my body

so i need tips on how to gain proportional weight?

  2. You do NOT need to gain weight! Do crunches and sit ups to tone up your belly. Im 5'6 and 103lbs and im NOT skinny. You are fine, stop worrying about your weight when you are perfect. Dont gain weight, dont lose any weight, you are fine, thats obviously how your body is meant to be and thats your natural weight.

  3. Unfortunately genetics will play a huge factor for your "proportion" but exercising will always tone up your body and make you look lean and athletic looking.
