  1. one answer my friend ..eat

your lucky, i wish i could eat

  2. First things first, NEVER EXVERCISE LESS, now lets get to the problem. The spine thing isnt bad because you can see everyone spine, exept fat people (no offence), over weight people (thats better?), anyways.......Go to Mc Donies :D, they allways mess people up.

  3. eating more than one banana in one day can make you fat. But seriously, eating loads of bananas can make girls grow fat asses, but yer a guy sooo not quite sure.... hehe. Other than that eat sauces w/ everything except fer bread because tht's just plain gross.

  4. eat McDonald's big mac every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner!  and stop exercising it would make you lose weight

  5. eat bacon

  6. Eat at McDonald's everyday.

  7. steroids

  8. i would say eat food with alot calories like pizza and hamburges but then you get  addicted to these foods and end up gaining alot more wieght than you had in mind. Just eat more of what you been eating get a secound serve.

  9. Oh I wish I had your problem.  Weight sometimes has nothing to do with a "pertruding spine" - I have a pertruding spine - I'm pretty thin - my mom has one too and she's heavy - it's genetics - it's the way you are built weight probably won't change that.

  10. pizza, pasta, and mostly italian food. not lots of bread. starch isn't good for you really. meat. lots of meat

  11. im 17 and 5'9 also and at 122 you are pretty d**n skinny, i weigh like 140-150 somewhere b/t there. Anyway Mcdonalds will do the trick or just eat late at night!!! Stop excercising so d**n much lol! Good Luck!

  12. Whey Protein...

  13. i had the same problem as you, don't just eat c**p like some people are telling you, you need to eat protein (if you want muscle instead of fat) I was drinking protein shakes as well (do not do steroids!! they are so bad for your body) you need to be eating about 2500 calories a day but doing excercise and weights as well. Ive put on about a stone of muscle since I started and you can seriously tell the difference, it takes a while to change but its worth it

  14. WHEY PROTEIN SHAKES AND WEIGHTLIFTING EVERY OTHER DAY!

  15. Gosh I wish I had this problem, I have got plenty of a$$ to go around I will just give you some!

  16. Try appetite pills, I know you already say you eat a lot, but I think they have something in them to make you gain weight, like diet pills make you lose weight.

  17. Be happy with yourself

  18. If your exercising consists of just playing basketball, then your fine. To gain weight, eat a lot of bready foods like pasta, bread, stuff with wheat, things like that.

    Hope I helped!

  19. Eat at night. and eat dinner very late, nah you should still exercise or you'll become fat..

  20. Actually count your calories...

for a guy your age and height you need around 2500 to 3000 calories a day to stay the same weight not doing any work.

So... coupled with your exercise and probably high metabolism you should be eating anywhere between 3500-5000 calories a day to gain weight.

Not a prob if you throw in a couple of steaks and burgers for meals in a day. but remember to have other foods too and to keep exercising to gain it the right way.

  22. You can gain weight by drinking weight gaining drinks from nutrition stores. You can also eat more and more often. Try eating more carbs like bread and pasta. That would definitely help you gain some weight. That's a healthier way than eating bad food like junk food for a long period of time. Yes if you gain some weight you will not be able to see your spine as much. Good Luck and be careful.

  23. Drink  a lot protein shakes, meats or anything that is high content of carbohydrates such as breads and pastas.  No candies or sugary foods.  That can only make you fat!

  24. Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats. Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you.

Healthy fats include omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon, flax, and walnuts. Good sources of protein include lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes. Healthy carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

It may be easier to eat five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather than eating three large meals, especially if you are not used to eating much at one sitting.

Protein powders and nutritional supplement drinks such as Ensure can be added as in-between meal snacks if you still need more calories. Some protein powders are flavored and only need added water and some others can be blended with your choice of juice or milk to improve the taste.

It would also be a healthy idea to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psyllium powder to add some omega-3 essential fatty acids and extra fiber.

  25. eat junk food everyday
