i can eat WHATEVER i want and wont gain weight. im sick of being so skinny (many people will say im crazy). i want to gain shape and muscle. im starting running for 30 mins 3-5 times a week and doing weight lifting afterwards alternating upper and lower body each time.The problem is nothing really seems to be happening ive been doing it for almost three weeks now. so the real question is WHAT SHOULD I BE EATING? i want to be making most of my excercise so what should my diet consist of.also as a side note, food goes right through me. (i have to eat around every two hours otherwise ill start feeling dizzy and faint) so even after i have a meal and go running i easily lose energy and feel faint. i dont have syliac disease or anything of that sort, its just how my digestive system works. so is there anything i can drink or eat before so i dont start feeling faint halfway through my workout?thankyou!
