  1. get yourself to a decent martial arts class a few times a week or down to your local climbing wall.

  2. eat ur greens

  3. Check on this website.informations are free here.very helpful http://freeweightlosstips4u.blogspot.com...

  4. I'm 14

A good few push-ups and pull-ups should do your arms

And sit-ups and crunches (look them up) should do your abs.

Do as many reps and sets as you can do each day but not too many that you cannot get up the next morning lol

    good luck

  5. Basketball...

Push ups, sit ups, crunches. The list is endless, anything that tires your arm out should do.

  6. You have to use weight to gain muscles .

You eat then go to the gym and burn your fat into muscle.

    I'm a girl and i know that.

  7. "Quickly" depends on if you're a hard or easy gainer, my friend. And if you aren't lifting weights, it's not going to happen in 2-4 weeks. You think that the bodybuilding greats just do jumping jacks and then 2-4 weeks later, TADA, they're fabulous? No.

Improving your muscles means you need to work them. You won't be able to get huge without weights, but you can improve your muscles without them. You specify "abs and arms," but dude, you need to work ALL your muscles. Your body likes to grow evenly.

There are a variety of leg exercises, over 100 ab exercises, and a few different upper-body exercises (namely dips, pull-ups, and push-ups) that you can do without weights. Look them up and see which appeal to you (there are literally too many to post).

  8. m8 i did this

    15 press ups morning

    10 sit ups morning

    5 press ups lunchtime

    5 sit ups lunchtime

    20 pressups evening

    15 situps evening

  9. There is no fast way.  Weights are excellent, if you use them right.  Without them, use basic push-ups, feet on a chair, knees on a chair... Take your time and make them slow and deep.

Stomach crunches, and a gym-ball to sit on will work your abs

Oh, and no way on Earth will fat burn into muscle!  You have to build muscle, and dieting will reduce your body fat.  These things take time.

  10. Push-ups... Pull-ups... Sit-ups, 2-4 weeks will not show much. You're out of luck.

  11. isometric exercises, or pushing and pulling with resistance.  use a long towel, loop it around a secure pole or post, hold each end in your hands securely.  lean back so that the towel is tight, then pull yourself up.  do this until you can't do any more, twice per day.  this will strengthen biceps and pecs.  then, do the same thing backwards, with each end of the towel coming over your shoulders, to your chest.  you will push the ends to your front.  this will increase triceps strength.

for abs, good old fashioned crunches.
