I'm 17, female, about 5'7 and i weigh 135 lbs. Which i think is pretty normal..i weigh more than some of my friends even though I'm much smaller than them. Basically, I'm very skinny and I've always wanted to know how to balance my weight correctly. I always gain weight around my stomach and thighs, but my legs and arms are like noodles. I've begun to exercise for half an hour everyday...but I'm not sure if I should run or diet because I'm trying to tone my arms and legs so they look normal..as well as lose weight from around my stomach...any advice? ..Is it even possible to get bigger wrists/ ankles?
