im 16 and want to know how to gain some weight I weigh 130 pounds i eat good and high in calorie foods like tuna,peanut butter and jelly i consume lots of water and lets just say i try to eat alot of **** chicken....the problem is i have a very fast metabolism. I tried those protein shakes and all but i just wont work i could weigh myself on a scale 1 day 132 and wake up 130. Any tips or guides?
