certain foods i shouldn't eat or something?

  1. What event are you running?


  2. short explosive sprints.  deep knee hops, practice practice

  3. run 400m repeats 6-8 times. run 200m repeats 10-12 times. this is if u run distance (800m and up). if u run sprints, then do 100 and 200 m workouts. but speed is not all about legs. strengthen your core (abs, arms, back) so you can stay in an efficient form while running

  4. It is all about the arms and the butt! Pump your arms harder, and tighten your butt! I used to drink a rockstar an hour before my race, and it gave me extra energy.

  5. plyometrics  (high knees, butt kicks , skips for height, bounding)

    weightlifting (squats are necessary)

    and of course some running workouts

    as for food, just eat healthy-ish
