How to gain weight in a healthy way?

hi, im a male, 17, 6' 3'' and weigh 138 pounds. i recently had surgery and lost alot of pounds. how can i bulk back up from what i lost and gain more to the weight i should be at for my height. i play am playing varsity ball this year and i need to gain weight! PLEASE HELP

  1. two ways ... eat more starch as in pasta , bread ,and potatoes and

    eat more seafood because that is where you get healthy fat and is great for youre heart ..

    let youre goal be 1-2 pounds per week and in few months you will have gained all the weight you want ..


  2. You should eat a lot of protein filled meats and lift a lot.  That will increase your muscle mass, and muscle is the best way to stock up on weight

  4. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass.

  5. eat high carb foods like bread pasta and eat red meats protein bars and shakes but also do some exercise you do not want all fat

    BREAKFAST:

    mc griddle with extra cheese, with cadburry chocolate , soda coca cola, and cheetos

    LUNCH: burger king, with checker fries, pizza (peperoni recommended) with stuffed chessed in crust, and orange juice!

    DINNER:Checker burger 3 stacks of burger with extra cheese, followed by a cadburry chocolate and with cranberry juice

    REMEMBER AT NIGHT AROUND

    WAKE UP AND EAT ANYTHING OR EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THE FRIDGE!!!!

    DONT FORGET ICE CREAM, OR CADBURRY CHOCOLATE!!!!!!
