  2. Depends what you want to gain.  Muscle or fat?

    If you want fat - then yea...just eat McDonalds and put yourself at risk of heart failure....

    But I'm guessing it's muscle that you want.  So my main tip is - EAT MORE and HIT THE WEIGHTS

    Last summer I went from 122 - 165 lbs in a little over two months.  It's simple really.  

    Do this, go an average day with the way you normally eat and keep track of how many calories you intake.

    An average, healthy person gets about 2000.  

    Add 500 extra calories in your diet - NOT JUNK FOOD.  

    Try healthier foods.  Such as oatmeal, peanut butter, turkey - anything HIGH IN PROTEIN.

    Protein is your best friend.  With a good amount of protein and an hour or so in the gym (NOT CARDIO) you'll pack on a good 2 lbs a week of muscle...a maybe a little more with fat....

    But lets face, its pretty hard to gain weight in muscle without getting a little bit of fat on you - thats why they call it "bulking up"

    After two weeks or so, add another 250 calories to your diet.

    Do this for a month or two and I assure you, you'll gain a good 25 - 35 lbs.
