  1. do some work out............it will enhance those parts you want to grow.....and be physically fit................


  2. Well, muscle weighs more than fat... so you could start going to the gym or run around the block a few hundred times...?

  4. first of all why do you want to do up in weight? Gaining weight just for the sake of gaining weight isn't a good idea. same with losing weight. the important thing is to maintain your weight at a certain weight class while losing fat and gaining muscles from training hard.

  5. eat lots of fats and protien but minimal carbs... and do lots of heavy weight low reps. Do this for three weeks to see results.

  6. Eat lots of protein

  7. eat lots of protein and lift weights

  8. build muscle.....
