How to germinate mongo seeds?

1. Get 2 pieces of tissue paper, and then sprinkle it with water, but not soaking wet.
2. Get 1 tissue paper, which you have sprinkled, then put it inside the plastic cup.
3. Then put a dry tissue paper above the wet tissue paper.
4.  put it above the dry tissue paper.
5. And then get the tissue paper which you have sprinkle earlier, put it above the seeds.
