How to get $250 from IL to OK by the morning?

Hi, I'm in a pinch and a friend has offered to give me a little cash loan.

We are currently planning on using Western Union's money-in-minutes method, though we are open to other services.

According to what I can find, if he sends me the money using WU, I can go get it from a participating store tomorrow morning. However, I read they give you a check. Will any type of store cash this type of check in particular (western union), or would I have to wait till I could deposit it?

I am interested to hear any idea you have, no matter how creative, as long as it's practical.

I need this money in the morning, very bad.

Challenge yourself, and help me out a lot.

WU or MoneyGram are the fastest.  They do print out a check but then cash it for you right away.  I did this a couple months ago at a grocery store and a check cashing place.  Just needed an ID.
