How to get AFL Grand Final tickets?

Hello,

I was just wondering how some friends and I would go about getting our hands on 4 AFL Grand Final tickets for '07?

None of us are members of the AFL or a club so what are our options?

Will many tickets be sold through ebay etc or is there another way?

Any help would be much appreciated.....

I don't think i'm going to be much help but... i think it will be very hard to get grand final tickets without a membership of an involved afl club, afl or mcc. Most tickets go to officals, celebrities, players relitives etc. so it only leaves a certain amount for general public. Both clubs involved get a certain amount of seats for members and their officals so if you had a membership of a club that was involved it would be easier but then you can still miss out! Seeing as we don't know whos in the grand final as yet and you may not even barrack for one of the teams that does get there the only thing is maybe ring the afl or ticetek and just ask them what the proceedures are to get tickets. Sorry i can't be more help but i have never actually needed to get tickets without a membership.
