Well after you beat the game you can get regigigas if you migrate all regi's from pokemon

sapphire emerald ruby or you can get darkrai shaymin arceus if you live in the states.

You can get giratina after you complete the game.You can get palkia if you have pearl

or dialga if you have diamond.

Most Pokemon can learn it themselves or it can be passed through breeding.  The male Pokemon must know Ancient Power while the female Pokemon is the species you want.

Sadly, there is no TM/HM for Ancient Power. Only select Pokemon can learn Ancient Power naturally or by breeding.
