How to get Bubblegum out of clothing?

Question

My daughter sat in bubblegum at school and it is now stuck there.

What is the best way to get it out without buying goo remover?

I have tried putting the pants in a plastic bag in the freezer then scraping it with a butter knife but it's not working very well.

Any help much appreciated.

get some dry ice it is much colder and quicker than freezer

cut it out

although it leaves a hole in their clothes :)

Tea tree oil will disssolve it.

Try ironing it with newspaper or brown paper over the top.  Good luck.
