With health insurance, cheap means either very limited coverage, if any;  extremely high deductibles; or a scam.  

If you buy over the internet, you're much more likely to be scammed.

Your lowest cost policy is going to be an HSA.  You can choose a deductible of up to $5,600 or $11,200 for a family.  The basics of an HSA is that everything, except wellness benefits, is subject to the deductible.
