How to get Exclusive Rights?

Hello,

I have a good chain of marketing system in the eastern part of India and in Bangladesh. I want to attain exclusive marketing and sales right for some very good products. By exclusive marketing and sales right I mean that I get into an agreement with some company producing some very good or unique products and whenever that company makes any sale in my region(in the eastern part of India and Bangladesh) I get a commision amount, or if someone from my region approaches this company to buy their products they should be redirected to me as I hold the exclusive marketing and sales right in that region.

Can anyone help in this regard and have any idea how should this be done and which companies would be interested for such partnership?
