How to get Firefox to reload a page automatically?

I need to get Firefox to reload a webpage automatically, every 30 seconds or so (don't ask, its kinda random). How would I get it to do this plz?

  1. I just found this page with google.  I have never used this add-on but it sounds like it will do exactly what you need.

    The browser, OPERA, has this  feature, simply right click and select  your refresh speed. It is very similar to firefox - tabs and similar page rendering, but more built in tools.

  5. I've used the above add-on and it does exactly what you're asking but be careful if you are running XP and have 512 or less this will soak this up like a sponge. Or if you're running Vista with 1gb.
